Rinse and pat the strawberries dry.
Remove stems.
Melt chocolate.
Break pretzel sticks in half and set aside.
Cut marshmallows in half and stick half a pretzel piece onto the cut side of the marshmallow.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or nonstick paper.
Dip a small portion of chocolate onto the flat side of the marshmallow and stick it to one side of the strawberry.
Repeat for the other side, until all the “turkeys” have been assembled.
Place turkeys on baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
Remove the turkeys from the fridge and, using a wooden skewer, insert it into the strawberry stem end.
Dip the turkey into the chocolate and allow all excess to come off before placing the turkey back onto the parchment paper.
Repeat until all turkeys are covered.
Once the turkeys have all been dipped, return to the fridge until hardened.
Serve as a sweet Thanksgiving treat.
