brownie mix

frosting

small Swedish fish

package Fruit Roll Ups, cut into 1/4 inch wide strips

package pretzel sticks

drops blue food coloring
Instructions
Prepare brownie mix according to instructions. Let cool and set aside.
Mix frosting so that it has a smooth consistency. Add blue food coloring until you get the desired color.
When brownies are cool, take a small cookie cutter and cut out brownies to form 2-inch round circles.
Add blue frosting to the top of each brownie, making swirls to look like waves.
Stick one pretzel stick at the top of each brownie.
Taking one strip of the Fruit Roll Up, twist it around the top of the pretzel.
Attach the Swedish goldfish to the other end so that it looks like the fish is coming out of the water.
Serve immediately.
