Ingredients

new potatoes

olive oil

mayonnaise

cloves
garlic, minced

parmesan cheese

white wine
1/4

fresh oregano, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Boil potatoes for 5-6 minutes.
Slice potatoes lengthwise and dab with olive oil.
On a single baking sheet, place potatoes in oven and cook until crisp, about 10 minutes.
While baking, saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Pour garlic and olive oil into a bowl and add in all the ingredients.
Once potatoes are baked, dab mixture on top of potatoes.
Serve immediately.
