cloves garlic, chopped

medium chicken cutlets

white wine

parsley, chopped

chicken stock
Instructions
Dredge both sides of chicken cutlet in flour and set aside.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes and capers. Sauté lightly for about 2 minutes, and transfer ingredients to a bowl.
Add floured cutlets. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Place the sundried tomatoes, capers, and garlic mixture on top of the golden cutlets.
Add wine and let evaporate, then add parsley.
Add 1/2 cup water or chicken stock and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
