Wash bell pepper and dry.
Cut 1/2-inch slices horizontally, removing seeds and ribs.
Heat frying pan to medium high.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in frying pan.
Add pepper slices into frying pan, cooking on each side for two minutes.
Crack one egg into each flower.
Cover frying pan with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve.
