Baby Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (soy, cow, rice, or almond)
  • 1 tsp. flax or omega oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  
  • Adjust with more or less milk for the desired consistency.
  • Try adding 1 tbsp. of soy, almond or peanut butter!
