Set out the amount of Q-Tips you want to use. Snip the ends of the Q-Tip if you’re planning to make the ends edible and push them through. Melt the caramels a few at a time, in 10-15 second intervals so that the caramels get heated evenly and don’t burn. Once you dip the Q-Tips in the caramel, lay them on wax paper to dry. Once hardened, add them to a platter or plate on your Halloween table.
