Ingredients

box rotini or bow-tie pasta

large containers cottage cheese

sour cream

tbsp.
butter

box frozen peas
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a large pot of boiling salted water.
Cook pasta and a few minutes before it is done, add peas.
Finish cooking and drain water.
Coat pot with a small amount of butter (to prevent sticking), and return peas and pasta to the pot.
Add the cottage cheese, mix well and salt to taste.
Add sour cream and serve.
