Chicken Cutlets With Sun Dried Tomatoes And Capers Is What’s For Dinner Tonight

If you’re looking to make a quick yummy dinner, try out Marialisa Costanzo’s Chicken Cutlets With Sun Dried Tomatoes and Capers. Says Marialisa, lead singer of Pajama Party:

“Everyone in my family loves this dish!  Thanks to my parents (who taught me all I know in the kitchen), we were finally able to put it into writing.  This dish is usually made by eye and taste. I love it because anyone can vary it to their liking omitting ingredients or even adding to it. It also works really well using firm white fish fillets instead of chicken. It is so colorful, festive and delicious! I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!”
