Candy Sushi Is What’s For Dinner, Er, Dessert

Sushi can be a hard sell for kids. If you’ve already got a picky eater, try convincing your chicken nuggets-loving kiddo that raw fish is delish, and well, you’ve got a losing battle on your hands. But your child won’t be able to resist candy sushi, which is made from all those kid-friendly favorite ingredients, like rice cereal, marshmallows, and lots of sweet stuff. In fact, your little fishie probably won’t be able to resist picking up a pair of chopsticks and indulging on this dish, which is easy to make — and even more fun to eat.
