Your Kids Will Love These Healthy Juice Recipes From Celebrity Nutritionist Keri Glassman

Although your kids might clamor for juice, it isn’t always the healthiest thing for them to drink. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has recommended that fruit consumption should be limited to no more than 8 fluid ounces for children 7 to 18 years-old. But if you’re going to give your child juice, you should make sure that it packs a nutritional punch. These healthy juice recipes from Keri Glassman, RD, a celebrity nutritionist, offer lots of flavor without sugary additives.
